the hop always had great stylee, just like tony Elias really exciting to watch. Last time I tried an elbow down it was swiftly follwed by shoulder, head, arse etc. Just remember tho it does look low but there was prolly a nice camber to the track as well. tho total respect dood

Nice.I'm of to get my last couple of trackdays in before I get my new knee.Dr.orders no more falling off ..just wondering any one out there raceing trackdaying or just falling on a false knee how do they stand up to it,are they super tough or is it a very bad thing to do...

theyre tougher than the oe versions, mate!
(trust me- i've seen them being put in-just make sure you are 'out' before they start the hammering!):scared
 
Cheers carbon Kid...Yep have seen it on TV, fitters tool kit. Gruesome. And the Bloke doing it has forearms like Popeye. There not knocking me out eppidural like pregnant women get. but i will probably faint watching.
 
I am sure I have been lower than that but was no-where neer touching my elbow down. Its all to do with how far you hang off.

I've seen a load done in theatre at the hosp work at.
You should be fine..you know what they say about orthopaedic surgeons?...Strong as an ox and half as intelligent....
Just dont tell him that one before your op!.
