Hi all,

Kiwi living in Australia (+ 20 years), owner of a 2012 Tuono APRC V4, in Black of course.

Stepped onto this ride about a year ago after being on Speed Triples.
I rode the 2012 triple and it was 'Meh' no different to the 2005 version I have had since new, a bit better handling but in standard form not as much get up and go?

Liked the sound of the V4, rode one and had to have one, one was mine a week later.

My first car was a bike at 15 years old, my first ticket was at 14 for not having a license, my love for the filth has not increased.
They are still mostly CU next Tuesdays, and are another version of tax collection in this great land.

Stepped in here to hopefully gain some more knowledge on this awesome bike.

greetings and salutations mate, saw the pics first and wondered about the fern and now I understand.

Hi mate,
Im a tad jealous, nice bike and nice country... a great place to live with so many awesome roads and scenery for that perfect ride.. enjoy.

Thanks all.
Sorry about the late response, life/work gets in the way sometimes.
Took the bike for a track day at Eastern Creek over the Easter break.
Had a ball, not too sure if I would do it again, but it was an itch that needed scratched.

On the down side, bike is a no goer and had to be trailored to the shop - should know more on Friday.
Urgent service, red light flashing, no song from the pipe.

That little exhaust servo was going spastic, it will be gone if it is the issue, race ECU....
