Sounds very good:thumbup I can't imagine 40cc would make all that much difference anyway.
110hp on an eddy current sounds just right. I was at a dyno day a while ago with my TLS and there were two T's there. It was a dynojet 2000 model IIRC, but it was also 105 deg F and no SAE correction was applied. The two T's had exhaust, airbox mods and some sort of remap and one was 113 and the other 114. Both had big dips around 4-5k rpm though - something I'm sure better mapping and certainly all your work will have solved!
