I was amazed at home much light they let through when you turn the ignition on. I like them! :doug

I bought mine about 12 months ago. They re-list them every couple of days so don't bid too high as you will get a set for £15 if your patient.

very nice m8! ive been looking at getting a set of these myself, do they fit quite flush to the headlight?

Yeah they seem to fit pretty well. They don't cover the whole light but they do cover the bits you can see when the deflector is in place. I wanted to do a good job of it so I took the ear deflectors off so I could give the lens a good clean and polish to get the bugs off and get the velco cut to shape so it still looks neat with them off.

I was wanting Carbon ear deflectors but I am nit sure it would look any better than the black look I have now.

I went out for a ride today with the shades on and the headlight heat melted the glue on the back of the velco and they drooped. They didn't fall off due to the new carbon ears (thats another story) holding them up but I had to take them off and put them in the inside pockets of my jacket. The velcro strips are now at a petrol station in Kendal on the A6!

I guess I will need to come up with another solution if I am going to put them back on.

Ok thanks I will search for some of those in the UK. Hopefully in black.

I had the vecro cut to shape along the edge of the lenses so it still looked smooth with the protectors off. I have never liked the look if the clear/white velcro squares on peoples headlights with the protectors off. I guess its still better than having them melt! lol
