On my 04 factory , when i turn the ignition off there is a rapid clicking like a relay that lasts for about 4 seconds coming from the airbox / throttle body area. Is this normal?

yeah mine always does it to, for some reason i thought it could be something to do with the immobiliser activating, but i honestly dont know what it is. it makes the rpm needle shake slightly on mine while doing it

i dont think its anything wrong, at least i hope its not

good , it`s not just me then. I`ve been messing about looking at doing the badger airbox thing when i noticed it:thumbup. I just need a seal and i`m away!!

guys nothing to worry about!! its the idle air control valve resetting!! perfectly normal!!

when you turn thr ignition off the ECUhas to run through a shut down proceedure part off this is the iac valve seating correctly...

Check this out, put your head down near your seat , switch the ign off and count to 8 you'll hear a click thats the main relay being shut down turning off the ecu properly!!

check it and let me know!!
