Now that my electrical woes are sorted, I have been mostly enjoying the northumberland countryside:doug However the mirrors on these bikes are *****! Are there any extenders available, like Ducati are doing for their 1198. Atleast allowing a slightly better view of whats happening in my wake:biggrin Is this the best option or are replacements a better idea? :dunno

Get a set of 07 RS125 mirrors, exactly the same as the mille but with longer stalks.
A bloke from the Ukraine was selling a set for £40 ON FLEABAY

not being funny, but have you ever ridden a sports bike that have decent mirrors? maybe you need a pan european or something :biggrin

2007 Rs mirrors only fit to pre 2003 Milles not for the new models.

Have fitted my 2002 with those...

With Ape you usually need to concentrate on who will approach you with tail lights rather than what is happening behind you

Tough i have to admit that if it is a white BMW or Yamaha and rider has a blue leathers or goretex outfit it is good to notice before twist of the wrist... Otherwise it could get expensive.

ALRIGHT ALRIGHT. Point taken. But on the odd occasion it is nice to have a quick glance for non biker friendly motorists, without needing to be a contorsionist! Also Mr 46 I think you will find the mirrors on a 2000 gsxr srad very good. Thanks for the websites!
