my insurance is due in april so i thought i would start looking around with carol nash at mo first year with 2 years no claims (got knocked off twice )it was £500 so went on the mcn site thing and not a lot doing apart from 1 at £149 but that was with £900 excess so who you all with what do you pay how many no claims i want to go fully comp with legal cover and about £2-250 excess ta

best i got through the post office was £113 inc breakdown fully comp. and i have 3 points and only 5 year

Alright buddy, I'm 27 been riding for 6 years, only got 1 yrs no claims. not had any offs, but usually cancel insurance for winter time when bikes locked up. Hence only the one yrs no claims. Best quote for this year I've had is from policy shop for £227 fully comp with £500 excess. They did ask about my car driving time and no claims so whether thats influenced the price or not. Keep searching bud, worth spending a good few hours and saving some cash that you can later blow on some mille goodies.

I'm with H&R and pay £215 fully comp with £500 excess. Bike is garaged with a datatool alarm/immobiliser and approx 4000 miles per year. Got 4 years NCB and 3 points, I'm 28 and had my full licence since 1999. No offs but had 2 years out while away with work so had to start again.

300 with 250 excess. 30 with garage and full ncb 7 years! protected ncb, breakdown, etc. In fairness I did write off my blade last year.
With MCE

I go through Biketeam brokers (insured through Equity Red Star..........£239 fully comp, £300 excess for both Mille and Tuono. Garaged with 5 yrs NCB, 32 yrs.

H&R was the cheapest for me 40 years 1 year no claims but they take your`re car no claims into account £220 comprehensive low excess.

Just sorted mine last week. £162 comp 8yr no claims, 1non fault accident. No points. Breakdown cover removed as already with RAC.
MCE. Though to be fair swintons were bloody good too, but stuck with mce as a local company. :cool2:cool2:cool2:doug
