Has anyone got any useful numbers other than the usual. Bennetts take the p**s. 35 year old male. 6 points. live in rural area, garaged, alarm, 9 years + no claims. TPFT £220!!
 
Ebike £119. Not bad. I was quoted happy. Hastings are slightly more at £146. The amount of hype Bennetts get, i'd have thought they'd be a little more competative.
 
eBike - especially if you're running more than one bike. I think it cost me about a tenner to add the Thundercat to my RSV policy. You get discounts on their other insurance too.

bloody hell, just changed to Bennetts! 32, garage, 5 year NC, Datatag,avg area,TPFT £91
Was with H&R for 5 years until this years renewal. wanted 190 TPFT on my zx9r. it worked out 3 quid cheaper. jumped at bennetts offer

it was £86 on the zx9.
 
i'm with dial direct - have used ebike too and 1st quote in the past.

worth ringing round these days. every year i get my car insurance down but it always seems to be admiral who are the cheapest for me..

but on the bennets deal you can only ride your own bike:dunno so i was told by a bloke at work and for the third party cover on any other bike it went up by a big difference

Might be true on the Third Party only but on my TPFT policy in front of me it allows me to ride any bike with consent. :)

Try Biketeam on - 0844-800-8354......I'm 31, 4 years NCB, bikes are garaged and alarmed, in semi rural area........£241 fully comp (protected) for BOTH bikes (the RSV and the Speed triple!!) Insurer is Equity Red Star, Biketeam are the brokers.

Ask for Mark Davies.....:thumbup
