I know this has been on here before but who uses what insurance company and what do you think of them

I use Bennets but up for renewal Apr 3rd, dont think ill be using them this time as the premium has gone up £121.00 this year, hav'nt claimed on my insurance and nothing has changed so confused why its gone up, im lookin at others at the moment so will let ya know who ive changed too :thumbup

carol nash, was thinking of changing but a mate of mine fell of his R1 just before xmas and he said they were spot on could not do enough for him so i might as well stay with em, ya canna beet a recomendation....:thumbup

MCE. I used to change every year, but havent the last four cos these boyz rock.

Cover mods at no extra plus breakdowns, plus some other things.

Cover my cars too:devious

H & R Insurance. I was with Ducati Insurance prior to them and found out they were a lot dearer even for Ducatis. Shopped around and found these. Never heard of them before and now I use them I keep noticing their adverts, always the way eh! One of the things I really liked was that on taking out the insurance I could scan the documents and email them to the company, never known that before. Very reasonable price, mind you, I'm not the youngest anymore!!

ebike for me, £198 fully comp and protected for standard factory, i then told them of the mods to it and it went to £245, mods being up to £500 of carbon fibre cover, MRA screen, Gilles rearsets, Smaltmoto full exhaust system and PC111, i thought it better to tell them even if it was £47.:thumbup

Jut got a quote thro H&R Fully Comp all singing all dancing £197.32, considering my current insurance company Bennets offered me £213.00 TPFT
i think H&R now have my business :thumbup:thumbup

I live in Middlesbrough, its not that bad,( before you all start posting slanderous replies ):bigfinger:bigfinger, I am 42 years young, with 6 points for speeding, (yes all accrued in one go) on my R1, caught by unmarked SUBURU, Helmsley to Whitby Road for those of you who know the area (BEWARE):jack.
I now own an 06 Factory, and my insurance is £310 fully comp, which I think is quite reasonable, considering I was getting quotes for up to £1700, it is definately worth spending a couple of hours shopping around. :thumbup

EBIKEINSURANCE for me. excellent multi bike policy. and you can play about with all the mods to see how it changes the quote without talking to someone, and giving anything away. much cheaper as well. but i am 38 years young.

Well after many quotes the best so far is bikesure not the cheapest but the best package the cheapest was bennetts at £148 but with a big excess and next was H&R at £151 but again big excess so it looks like it's going to be bikesure at £163 they offer fully comp on any bike i ride the excess is only £300 where the others were all about £500-£700 that comes with personal accident cover helmet and leather cover and the usual legal stuff
As a bit of a shock as well went on moneysupermarket.com and one of their quote's come back at £7700 WOW WEE considered it for about 1 second can't remember the companies name though
