I know we all need to be aware of our actions on the road and try and be as safe as we can, but have the police not got anything better to do. What is the problem of having 'marked cars'? These make people obey the law and if there were more out there then I could understand where they are coming from. Unmarked cars are simply an underhand method at catching people breaking the law, not to improve safety.
I was flashed as i approached an unmarked black BMW (why do they need such expensive cars????) yesterday on the A41 near Wolverhampton. He flashed the blues at me going the other way, but did not turn and follow me so hopefully ill be ok:dunno

Apparently the ECILOP, are also starting a new campaign which will run indefinately, called 'bang up the criminal.' Oops sorry, was only dreaming, as that doesn't raise revenue, or is an easy target to bump up the er 'targets'.
Its called raising funds........while real crims get away with real crimes.... bunch of ******s :jack
What I want to know is where are MAG/BMF, sure they want your membership money but then bam nothing , aint they supposed to be fighting in our corner ?

There seems to be more unmarked cars in my area (Middlesbrough) than marked ones, all top end as well, Beamers, Focus STs, their favorite seems to be the Skoda Octavia VRS, all different colours too.
I was caught speading last year by an unmarked Subaru Imprezza that I thought wanted a race, how stupid of me. :stupid.
