My indicators light up but dont flash. Im a bit crap with stuff like this, will it be an easy fix?:confused

Mine went on my '99 bike - bit of a pain to get to the what I know as the 'flasher unit' which is in the nose cone. Think a replacement cost me about £4 and it was a straight swap.
