Hey folks,

Sorry I haven't been around much lately, it's been crazy busy in the crashtd household.

But I am happy to report that after 8 years of higher education, I will know be joining the ranks of the employed...or the unemployed...well, not the ranks of the gainfully employed.

Last weekend I finished my MBA at the Penn State Smeal College of Business, after graduating last year from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law.

Next week I'll move across the country, back to sunny California to prepare for the CA Bar exam, and then...well...real life begins.

so you should see me more now, just in time for the summer riding season. woot! :thumbup

virtual beers on me...those living close to HWY 80 next week can get a real one (hey, i know there's a lot of brits here, but surely someone is on vacation in the ole'sunny colonies right?). if you PM me. :cheers :cheers

after I take the bar exam, yes. I have no intentions of practicing law though.

employers see it as a negative if you have the degree but not the license to practice, like maybe you couldn't pass the test.

I went to school with the hope of finding a job in business strategy, like corporate development or something along those lines. Right now it looks like I'll be focusing on the motorcycle sites, as the M&A market is frozen solid right now.

Er, actually Scott I think that's ghetto speak for police officers attempting to inspect the contents of the suspect's glove box (not a euphemism) and/or boot (a.k.a. trunk for our American brethren) (not a euphemism either) without probable cause or reasonable justification.

I went to college at UCSB, there's some great roads down south. I'll be up in SF/Bay Area though, probably won't get down to SoCal until later in August, after the bar exam is over.
