I have taken all the stickers off my RSV-r, because they where all scuffed, faded and in generaly in **** order.
I have cleaned and polished all the panels and it looks rather good all that black it looks mean.
but and its a real jenifer lopez, her indoors and a couple of mates think it looks crap and think i should get a replacment set of decals.
so all you apriliia owners what do you think, i would post pics but don't know how:dunno:dunno:dunno
 
Imho bud, i think a few subtle original style vinyls help to break up the mass of colour on single colour bikes. I would get in contact with oli and get just a few decals made up, but would keep it low key.
 
I took mine off, and thought it looked OK but have since fitted new ones and really pleased with the result, so my vote is refit, but if you get Gen Aprillia decals save up first,(NOT CHEAP) and learn how to apply the Decals otherwise you could waste good money, plenty of good web sites with advice on how. good luck KEN:dunno
 
for my worth mike - i would just get a few small-ish ones - just to break it up a little - nothing excessive

MATE ,arressemill has got some decals on the for sale section £25 check oot chief:devious
 
have took most of mine off to paint the bike and it does look a bit plain to me i am waiting with baited breathe for prices of oli to bring it back to standard
 
I'm a decal junkie, so would definitely reccomend a trip to 'the image works'.

I bought a full Nori kit for about £80 I think, and am very happy with it.
 
I would just get a few choice Aprilia Decals, mebbe on the front and rear fenders and the tank, keep it stealthy!, less is more, considering the **** design of most Aprilia schemes (IMHO!!)

Fairings winging their way to image works to have a set of 2003 front decals put on them, but keeping the belly pan black with only the white "aprilia" decals on each side.
will try to post pics when its back together.
 
spray it blue and the women...and men will be dropping their knickers offering you their jewels
like the three wise men offering jesus gold, frankincense and myrrh. lol
