How Reliable are Aprilia RSV-4 Motorcycles?

I have been riding Japanese sport bikes for a few years and looking to move into something European.
Tested the BMW and Ducati already. Amazing but just does not have me sold. Not a lot of info around online about Aprilia's. I know since its Italian, to expect to pay more. But just looking for owners or mechanics feedback.
