how much are used fiber fairings?

for a track use i am looking for some fairings. anybody have an idea what a good price for these is. i haven't seen any around for a while as the older models are slowly dying out

btw how much is a trackday in UK if there are so many tracks

Check these out. They make very good fairings and they are very light. I use then on my Mille R and can vouch for the quality.

found a guy here in SK who offers ones for 150 EUR. i am going to have a look at them or considering the age of my bike i maybe will not buy them at all. are there any advantages for the race fairings in comparison to the stock fairings? not counting the price in case of a crash

Main thing, in a crash, you have'nt trashed your headlight, expensive road plastics etc other than that, not really.
Suppose there easier to repair/patch up with being fiberglass
Race bellypan will have a oil catch, ie solid, not got the road vents etc but doesn't matter for track days

bought the fairings today with air ducts. they are red/black with quite good painting and stickers so i hope it won't look weird with the silver tank. numbered 70 . also ordered some k-tech 9.5 N springs and will let the forks serviced

track days vary from approx £50 up to £150 depending on which track, time of year if its sessioned or open pit lane etc

sorted the fairings today. going on track on tuesday. bought k-tech springs 9.5 N and got pilot power 2cts + stomp grips. expecting -10s in lap times this year
