well i no people have done rd500s .... had a ccm 6o4 big single cylinder was the nuts, just thought it would be something different... wanted totry with rs250 but they are rocking horse ****

Have to go with biff negativity on the RS125 pegaso idea. Not because of the looks as the engine would be hidden by the fairing anyway surely??
But rs 125s are very light, the little twostroke engine weighs bugger all and they only have a diddy little single disc front brake system. They have the damping in one fork and the sring in the other, all non adjustable. Basically I think with the added weight and power or a big single 4stroke, the rest of the package wouldnt cope. Unless you`v got unlimted cash to chuck at it , best start with an RS250 from a breakers yard I reckon, will save you so much hassle in the long run. Although its hard to improve on an RS250 for what it is
