Move the mode button till you get to the clock, don't get confused with the time setting, push the mode button in and hold it for a few seconds. Once the clock starts blinking release and then the mode button will then move the hour up or down, pushing it in momentarily will move the clock to the minutes and you can do the same. Leaving it alone for a few more seconds and the clock will return to normal.
