Horn Fuse Blown - no lights!!!!!

B

Blackngold

Hi guys, thought I'd share this and see if there were any explanations forthcoming....

Replaced the standard horn yesterday with a Motrax 'Hootaz' twin set up. Only 9.99 for 130dB....bargain.:thumbup

Anyway, been out for a blast today and got home to find I had no lights, no brake lights!!!! and no horn.

Eventually found the fuse box and sure enough the 5Amp horn fuse had blown. Replaced it and horn now works....AND so does the lights...I'M REALLY CONFUSED NOW.:confused:confused:confused

Took the horn fuse out again, just to make sure I'm not being a Numpty, to check the lights, but Defo NOT working.

Any suggestions as to why the lighting circuit is affected by the horn fuse?:dunno

The same fuse might also run a relay in the light circuit, just my 2p worth.
