Hello from deepest darkest Dorsetshire.

I'm new to the Tuono and managed to steal a 2014 V4R with less than 5000 miles on the clock in early January, then of course it was too farking cold to ride, then we had the Covidisaster sneaking up behind us and knocking us cold so the upshot of it is that I've added just about another 1000 miles since. And what a thousand miles that has been! The bike is - as I'm sure you all know - simply staggering in terms of everything it does. I've upgraded to the TV4 from my old favourite SL1000, although she's been been the happy victim of a very successful Falcuono conversion (but I also have an '04 RSV-R Factory motor on the bench being tweaked a bit ready to go in, as well as a set of 57mm TBs and some lovely Ti Akras...). To my eternal shame I haven't even looked at the bike since the V4 arrived.

Having said that, there are some 'friends' in the garage, all in various states of build. I've got a bit of a horn for old Japanese two strokes with an RD350LC (needs paint to finish), a US import Yamaha YR5 which arrived with me seized solid after 25 years on its side in a Minnesotean back yard - I've rebuilt the motor and just need to figure out the wiring. There's also an '86 RG500 which is actually almost finished, an FZ1000 which will probably never get finished and my first real bike (and the next project...!).

Anyway, I'll keep looking in and will doubtless embarrass myself sooner rather than later ..

Cheers - Greg
