Hmm, Choices, Choices, 190 or 200 profile tyres

Has anyone fitted a 200 profile tyre to their Tuono V4 and did it make any difference to any aspect of the ride-ability.
I am coming up for a tyre change and there is an option to be able to fit a 200/55 ZR17 Pirelli to the rear.
I used to own a ZX12R which also used a 200 rear as standard. Although other ZX12R owners often put 190s on because of more available choices of tyre I stuck to the 200s.
The ZX12R handled very well on the standard set-up/my capabilities.... (I did have the bike sideways on occasion but there were no rider aids or traction control so I can't really blame the tyre grip.)
If nothing else, it was a novelty at the time to have a tyre on a bike which was wider than most car tyres.

I would stick with 190, 55, 17.

They are perfect for a sport bike chassis in my view.

The ZX12 by comparison is a big heavy barge so is never going to handle quickly, but the Ape on the other hand is a track bike with mandlebars and handles superbly on the 190, 55 profile.

200 here, much more grip and with the lower profile seemed to turn in nice and steady, wont go back to a 190
