Hi all, just back from a week riding with mates in Snowy Mountains. On way home I was hit in the left side by a big grey Roo, it got me in the leg and pannier. The pannier blew off bouncing down the road splitting lock and casing. I was able to tear up at shirt to make a tie down to hold it back in place and lasted the 700 km journey home. I need a new LHS pannier, can they be bought in singles?View attachment 38 also efi warning issues started. My dealer here has given away with Aprilia recently so will need to find new service agent.

Ouch mate, I presume the Roo just hopped off and left you to it?

If you can buy one pannier it will cost $700 or so, of your hard earned......or, if you aren't fixing it with $insurance, you could convert to a Givi rack ($200) and put Givi Trekka's or any Givi style you like (c/w keyless access hatches etc) for $450ea pannier......food for thought..?.....

Let us know how you go..;)

ps Sorry, been trolling on the 2014-16 Caponord forum and just dropped in this evening.....

Pannier arrived, just had to remove old lock barrel and fit so keyed alike, John Sample quoted me rec retail of 600, but dealer not happy, they said that was what they paid and then had to pay freight!
