Chaps,

I eventually got my Tuono on Saturday. Its a 2007 Tuono R in Black with Arrow carbon cans & PCIII. I'm very pleased with it and as soon as I can I'll take some piccies and post them up.

Has anyone fitted HID's to their 2nd gen Tuono. On my previous bikes I've fitted HID's and they are fantastic, I had no trouble at all with the kits I fitted to my previous R1 & Fireblade.

I had a quick look on AFI forum and a few guys on there have had problems with HID's, or is that due to the majority of guys on that site being US based and US bikes??

Has anyone fitted a kit to a UK bike and if so have you encountered any problems? I wouldn't have thought there would be a problem but you never know.

Thanks,

Andy.

Anyone?

Surely there must be someone in the UK that has fitted HID's to either a post 2006 Tuono or a RSVR?

The slim ballasts are about credit card size, obviously thicker but could possibly be put behind the head light cowling, I think there is enough room behind there to house the slim ballasts.

The kit I had for my previous R1 used the larger or normal sized ballasts and they fitted behind the clocks and lights easily.
