HID headlight problem

Can anyone help with a HID headlamp problem?:dunno

Bought my 03 mille a month ago with the conversion already done. Only ridden it in the dark for the second time tonight. First time in dark was ok but tonight the HID light (dip only, not HID on main beam) was flickering on/off quickly and frequently and would then go out completely:eek: (not good when your doing 3 figure speeds!). Main beam works no problem (thankfully!).:confused
 
Go for the cheap option first and check it's not the burner (Bulb), burners are about £14 on Ebay and Ballasts are around £23 delivered.

I had a defective burner a few months ago and it was doing exactly as your describe mate. Replaced with a burner off Ebay and jobs a good one.
