Just got my new to me 2012 Tuono v4. Previous owner bought it in Sept. sold it in March. So I will most likely have many questions as time goes by, but I do so enjoy riding it. Have only had the time to take it out for about 3 rides, and have put on about 500 miles so far.:thumbup

Welcome aboard sf....

Post a picy up when you get a chance...... we like pictures on here :thumbup

Aye bay, I wouldn't mind a ride round sfguy's local roads. It's bound to be a bit warmer than hear. :yes

Don't know were your here is, but yes we can ride pretty much all year! It's a hardship that one has to put up with:thumbup, well that and the fact that there are some awesome roads for short rides as welll as mutipule day rides.

welcome SF guy

You know how to make a man sick with envy
Most of us are shoveling snow of our driveways still over here.

Enjoy it mate :thumbup

Aye another overnight snowfall and freezing conditions for the next few days. :banghead

Just bloody freezing down this end aldo but we've not had any snow at all. I think north Wales and th midlands have had it bad though

No same here. Fed up with extreme for time of year coldness now. San Francisco eh....:thumbup

Went skiing to lake tahoe a couple of years ago.... landed at SF and it was mid 20's in January - Proper T shirt weather.

Some crackin roads round there.........could think of a lot worse places for a fud fest !

Hi sfguy - hope you enjoy the Tuono and the roads mate !
You lucky fella - I used to work in the US and remember a long time ago, riding all the way up from El Segundo to SF, then over to Sacramento - truly epic

Mind you I recall it was about 18C and foggy when I got to SF in June - it was like being at home in "Blighty" :bigsmile:bigsmile

now that would be some fudfest :yes

Mr b, I don't think I could ever accumulate enough Brownie points for that one. It'll just need to go on the wish list fir now. :bawling

I have a friend who lives up by the border with Oregon, the run up from SF would be good on a bike for sure, plenty of mist up in the redwood forests tho'.

Well you know what they say " the coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco"
About 3 years ago went on a ride in the Serrias in late June, froze my butt. Ice on many of the lakes snow on the ground. But still a great ride
