hi lads just a quickie! will this fit?

alreet lads just on the search for the many parts on my list and i came across this left hand clip on its for an SL1000 Falco and ive got a 2001 mille with showa forks,

i sent the seller a message and this was his reply

"Hi there, I have measured the diamter of the fork sanctions at the top. They measure at 52mm with a bore measuring gauge. Many Thanks."

cheers lads thought there might be a bit of room for error nut maybe not damn it cant find one for mine anywhere and i dont fancy paying full whack for a new one

So let me get this right eh... Falco bar will NOT fit a 'normal' mille? Cos of the fork size... corrct?

Reason is, I need to rise and move my bars a little bit, I was wondering if this was an option...

Yes they will fit a Showa fork mille with a little modification but Milleboy wanted just the left one so he would have a Falco clip on the left side and a Mille clip on the right hand side. Make for an interesting ride as they are different heights !

oh damn it that reminds me he rang me back today but i said id ring him back as i was in the docs having me bandages changed Doh will have to ring him in the morning but yeah hes got one but he wants £45 squid for a second hand one

yeah man he seems cool dude, asked for the headlight bracket but still a no go might give me old one to a local fabricator to see if he can work his magic bound to be cheaper then the buying new
