Best colour , same as mine . Is the bike stable enough as I also have the abba stand and front stand but not tried them together yet . Dont forget uprated starter solenoid as well if not done already .

well mr floaky we meet again lol

xz12r and you bought the blackbird cans !!

abba stand works great and this one has the solenoid done (im waiting for delivery of a new Motobatt battery) as this one is knackered

i had a gsr 1000 k1 and a busa since the 12r but im liking the mille and the weight .

ordered a stand of a blade so gonna see if i can get that to work as the oe is daft and the lug is missing so i cant flick it down while sat on the bike !!

As soon as I saw your name , the ole cogs where turning . Obviously got the same taste although not had a busa but did try one . Chopped the 12 in last August , just fell out with it one day and always wanted an Italian bike . So far the mille's been good but had probs starting it last winter so did the new battery and solenoid thing , still getting used to it believe it or not. Probably not the best time of year to be riding but its worth the wait for next year .

the one i have is quite good in that its got kias suspension well sorted by them and a very nice arrow can.:biggrin

after the busa it handles fantastic lol:devious

but as you say i wanted an italian bike and this is a safe option as i was going to get a benelli tornado but there a pig for parts and hard as hell to sell.

nice to see your still at it mate:thumbup

Mines pretty much standard ( 02 plate ) , did have a beowulf can on and sounded great but did not run right at certain revs so stuck the bazzoka back on it ran better . Of course your back brake probably wont work , Seriously i get a lot of enjoyment out of the mille even though its got its probs but doesn'nt every bike !!!! . The 12 was stupid fast and is great for touring but it was to easy to ride hence a twin , like everyone who I've talked to say's , you need to make the bike do what you want and thats the involment I like when I ride it . Good to see your still about pal , enjoy the mille and be patient as well .:thumbup:biggrin

Stick with her VTRBALLS , you might get lucky but there could also be days she`ll really give you the ***** ?

Had mine (02) for over 8ks now and we`ve had our mechanical / electrical ups and downs for sure ,probably more than most but I think the mille makes you feel real special when your riding them ,something the japs struggle with :thumbup

CRACKING BIKES !!

hi
oh yes its a keeper rode it home on Saturday brill , been riding a vtr storm for 5 years and i ride it around 6 days a week a very underrated bike that's my everyday hack but the mille is my toy looks fantastic just sitting in the garage , was amazed that it was so comfortable , its the bike i have always wanted

My mate used to have a firestorm. It really grew on me, and he flew on it.
You`l love the mille, I enjoy riding mine whatever the weather, always puts a grin on my face :D

My storm got cat c written off after a **** reversed into it , got a good pay out for that and bought the bike back for 100 quid
repaired for 100 notes .
so the mille was almost paid for by his insurance comp , result

No just insured the Millie and storm for £285 fully comp + business use on the storm = fulll rac recovery smart water tagging for the Millie not too bad
