Hi there Im a Tuono rider from the Uk, I found a link to your site so thought I would come and check it out.

I will post pictures when the wife gets back as I dont know how to do it and im to lazy to find out.

I mostly use the bike for fun with the occasional trip to work on it and absolutley love it, I may however be looking for a bit more power out of it soon as my bro has bought a R6 and its pretty god damn quick for a 600:thumbdown

welcome guys :cheers

i LOVE the new R6 (i am partial to yamaha after all), but i've got to agree with effort1, i wouldn't trade in a tuono for one. now...get one as a second bike....that's a whole different story. after all, one does need a track bike....right?

Would be nice to have a 2nd bike but no chance of it in the near future:rolleyes. I wouldnt trade it for a R6 I would prefer to work with the T, Im looking at evo airbox and pc3 to start with to see what kind of improvement just tehse give you but would definatley look at the 1060 kit over a new bike.

What kind of Bhp would you get if you went the 1060 route? it would have to be significant to spend 2.5k on it

that's not a huge change in displacement. 5-10hp throughout the powerband? Now, while you're doing all that you can drop in high comp. pistons, and do a port and polish...even get the cams done. All that could add up to some serious HP.
