Hi guys, i ride an 03 tuono fighter,and live in gods own racetrack, the isle of tasmania on the bum end of oz. ive put 90 thousand very lively Ks on the clock and love her to bits..... Sadly having electrical issues, and there are stuff all aprilias here in oz, just the way it is. So parts are as rare as rocking-horse turds, and nobody knows how to spell aprilia let alone have any tech advice. ergo im here. Best bike on the planet in my humble. Cheers. Phil

Hi, I am also from Australia and also having electrical issues. My main concern at present is my left hand blinker comes on by itself and I cannot turn it off. What sort of issues are you having?

Welcome Phil, sounds like your in a great location with a great bike... so you deserve a few electrical problems cos nothing comes free. :thumbup. 
Seriously, Gen 1's aren't so bad electrically as Gen 2's, apparently, but connectors do need watching.
Apart from that, problems can arise on a 10++ yr old machine. So cheer up and tell us your problem! Then it will have at least cured or curiosity!
