New to the rsvzone, so here is my brief riding history.
October 08 CBT
April 09 Honda 125cbr
September 09 Theory
August 09 Bought my Aprilia Millie RSV. OMG.
October 09 mod 1
October 09 mod 2
Managed to dodge the weather and have done around 500 mile since passing my test.
Im a bit upright with a lot to learn i know.
Cat and fiddle and Matlock on my doorstep love em both,

Welcome Adey,do they only have red ones in the Potts,my Nephew as recently bought one from round your way and thats red.
Like your choice and no nonsense attitude,but dread to think what your insurance must be,and as the Peeps say treat with respect, although you do have a good handling bike

Hi Sandy v2, had set my mind on a cbr rr 6 or yam r6 in red and black/white but the millie came along on a 04 plate for the right money and i dived in.
Got insured through ebike £434.00 fully comp with RAC cover i was happy with that.

As bike instructer I couldn't possible condone a mille as a first bike;-) but nice choice just take it easy.:)
 
Geez, i thought my sv650 to mille was a bit of a jump up! Welcome to the zone dude, enjoy ownership of one of the finest two wheeled steeds to roam the roads :thumbup
 
Got insured through ebike £434.00 fully comp with RAC cover i was happy with that.

Very good that,I had a Two Bike Policy running when I bought the Mille and the company wouldn`t consider insuring it ,so had to take out another policy just for the Ape.
No reflection on myself as 10 years NCB and zero points.
 
i can't fault eBike at all, would recommend them to anyone.

i got the mille and an old 94 fireblade on 1 policy, with my bro on it too, for less than £200

No NCD, only had my first bike for 3 months went with swinton (Eagle Star) who would not insure my Millie. Charged me £50.00 To cancell a £150.00 policy which i had paid £90.00 off.

Then went with H and R, who insured the Millie TPFT for 45 days untill i passed my test. Passed my test and they would not insure me fully comp.
