Hi Konrad, I just bought an 07 RSV 1000 about 2 weeks ago. It's a fun bike, completely different than my FZ 1000. I've always ridden 4cyl motorcycles until I got this V twin. It is just as fast as my FZ but it builds power differently and I'm still getting used to it. It is bone stock and the leaky slave cylinder for the hydraulic clutch is the first thing I'm going to fix. It doesn't leak bad but is a common problem with almost all the Aprilias. Not a hard fix and can be done as cheap as $30 for seals or $120 for a much improved slave cylinder. Going on my 1st big ride with it tomorrow morning so I'll let you know how it goes.
