welcome dude, cheapest mods would be gearing -1+2, and airbox-renegade or evoluzione(have a google)
If funds allow ...A PC111 custom map, open chip, full race exhaust( or a decent end can)..then lose some weight off the bugger.
Have a look in my garage mate, not much original left on my 02 mille.

welcome to the zone just fitted 15/42 renthal sprockets to mine £42 brand new of ebay what a difference:doug smooths it all out if its any help

welcome dude.
mines a 2003 too,i have the usual race can and 16t front sprocket and its better,but going 15t 42t soon and saving for the airbox and pc3.
the gearing is the cheapest method and probably the one that makes the biggest differance/improvement too.
its a very good place to start.
