Just thought I’d welcome myself to the forum and impressed so far at the wealth of knowledge on here.
I’ve just bought myself a project for the winter, (aprilia tuono 1000R 2008 in blue). Nice bike and first aprilia with a few trick bits on it and looking forward to trying to sort it out as it just needs a bit of love.
I’m Mike and based in Portsmouth uk.

I expect that's because of the rim tape

Doesn't look like it needs too much doing to it.

Hi sheep, yeah just cosmetics and it has hesitancy below 4000 rpm, so jus a bit of TLC. It’s gonna have a complete strip down and check everything. At the mo it’s just nice to look at, as love these v twins
