Hi, I recently purchsed an 01 RSV Mille, 15,600 miles. seams to be in good cond. does not appear to have been down. runs sound, no weird noises and drives stright. no prior maintenance records with bike.
It has an Akprapovic Titainum Can w/chip. The rest of the bike appears stock. any ideas on what I should do or check first ? this is my 1st. Aprilia. all related info/advice and past experance with this yr/model is most apreciated. tks gerry

Welcome to the forum, theres no real problems with 01 mille's If the bike checks out OK you just need to ride it.

Alright mate, just give it a good once over oil and filter change check the plugs and airfilter, then other than that like sharky said just ride it.......:thumbup

Hi there...I can testify that these buggers are strong bikes...I've been chasing Sharky's for the last 3 years and it's still going strong!

Hi doug, only problem i can forsee is that your mille may self combust if parked near Harley softails  you probably need to get rid of the Harley matey :biggrin

Welcome to proper bikes forum :thumbup
