Hi got a YK2 RSVR yesterday and the brake light is not coming on, checked fuse box and lever switch at hand and foot but no voltage getting to brake light. When lights switched on rear running light is good just can fathom out why brake light not working. Wires to lights are Blue/Yellow green /yellow any ideas? Surely both mirco switches could not have gone at same time?

Cheers all

Hi wwlcome I wpuld suggest a Cheap crappy bulb try a different bulb? some don't make the contact by abot an nth of a mm

Will test bulbs tomorrow, going to track the bike but am using it on road for a while to get used to it, mot expires end June just like to get it thru one more, thought it would be an easy fix hope this is not a sign of things to come!
Neutral is a pig to find see there are a few issues in that dept too I may spend some time in here :)

Clutch jet mod ? 11.45£ works in a falco and i believe early milke bikes
change sprocket / gearing and clutch slave cylinder also levers and adjustment on lever
fek me you'd think I almost knew stuff :)

if you're going to track it it may be worth asking if fitting a falco gear lever etc would give you race gearing. It works if you go from falco to Mille but I wouldn't put crash bungs on the frame near them its horrible

Cheers Flatlander, clutch slave cylinder replaced which lightens lever so I'll check it may well have the jet mod already. gonna look at bulbs now :)

Brake light sorted, block connector under seat for rear brake unplugged and front brake block near fuse box unplugged too, micro switch sticky and oiled up. Neutral still sticky after bleed so I'll go for a Falco jet kit to see what happens!!! :)
