Hey girls, hows it goin in the T world. I keep an eye on this site as I know you all love and miss me..... FD
It is mate, well spotted, its a 1978, still as it left the shop 35 years ago, got the original tyres still like new, dealer stickers on mudgaurds, CZ mirror, 3000k miles, dealer fitted rack on rear and like new in every way... Started her last night and had a little run round. Should be in a museum really, to good to ride.. The bloke who purchased it died, it hardly ever left his hall way, I contacted the shop who sold it to him, they remembered him and the bike..Looks like its coming together nicely.:thumbup
Is that a CZ 175 Trail in the background?
Wow,thats fantastic. They were tough little bikes. My best mate had one back in the day,...(1979,...gawd,I'm getting old.)...he thrashed it everywhere and could'nt break it.It is mate, well spotted, its a 1978, still as it left the shop 35 years ago, got the original tyres still like new, dealer stickers on mudgaurds, CZ mirror, 3000k miles, dealer fitted rack on rear and like new in every way... They are quirky bikes, the gear selector turns round to kick start it, it also works as a foot clutch, apparently it was so the checz could ride one handed with a pig under there left arm... Not bad,...they were £276 when new.I forgot to say its UN-restord and still like new.... Under the seat, the wiring clips etc etc are all as new and original. I paid £1400 and its got to be worth soooo much more..
