Hello all, my first post, but I've been lurking and searching the forum for a month or so. After selling my 2000 TL1000R & my 2003 RC-51 over a year ago my wife bought me an 04 RSV. I was looking to go back to the inlines, but she knows how i love the twins so she surprised me on the 4th of July! (ok enough kissing up

It's got 6,000 on the OD and the Aprilia titanium slip-ons, and since I got it I've been cleaning her up, as it wasn't as pristine as advertised. First I had the limp mode problem due to a hose on the fuel pressure sensor connected to the throttle body. Then I had what I thought was a terrible oil leak, turned out to be the what seems to be too common oil tank failure. Cant seem to reset the service light or set the time on my gauge, but was able to set the soft limiter, other than that its in good shape. However due to this oil leak problem I haven't even got to ride, but I'd rather have the problems fixed first! anyways hello and thanks to the forum for the help you all have provided.
