Hey guys can u please help, I want to mod my
2001 Mille, it's got a blue flame twin outlet race
Can with the blue flame chip and a k&n air filter
In standard airbox but I was thinking of buying an
Open air filter 57tbs and dc Rossi chip is that the
Way forward? For more power?
Thanks for any help
Brett

What gearing you running buddy?
When I joined and asked the same question that was the common reply. These are all considered overgeared as standard, so most seem to fit either a 15/15 front sprocket in place of the standard 17. I`v done this, very cheap and very worthwhile. Otherwise I think the airbox is other main mod I plan, to allow the bike to breathe better and rev quicker. My bike already has a full akra twin system and sbk chip standard as its a haga. I`v uprated the clutch slave to an oberon (recommend, much lighter and looks bling) But the finished product I am aiming toward on top of my current set up would be...
Open/hooked airbox
PCIII
Individual cylinder dyno set up by griff

Doubt I`ll bother with the throttle bodies, unless I have cash really burning a hole.

These are never gonna be immensly powerful (unless you want to throw serious money at it) but they are very useable and can keep up with anything else as long as your not on an autobahn.

supercharger and NOS!!!!!!!!!!!!! or could just fit the open airbox (think Tash sells them on here xtreme performance parts) and then a PCIII or chip. knock the sprockets -1 front and +1 rear and run standard length chain or -1 front and +2 rear and longer chain. if you going two up alot then go 1st option or you may loose your pillion, LOL LOL no bad thing sometimes.!! hope it helps cheers Jonny

airbox, chip and modded collector if you cant afford a proper dual system and gearing should sort you out (does most people)

pc3 with advanced/custom map to eek out the last few bhp but is expensive

Alright Brett,

All of the above modds are very recomended, as Steve said I can sort you out with the filter kit and also the sprockets (if needed).

Cheers

Mark

Isn't the way to go can any1 tell me one way or the other?
Jaseyb has offered me a gd deal but I just don't wana go in the
Wrong direction or mess him around
Thanks for ur input and redrats I'm guna b coming ur way
Very soon for the collectors
One last thing will the dc Rossi chip b ok for them or do I need
A diff one with all mods above and modded collectors
Thanks again
Brett

Brett mate my dr Rossi chip is set up for the modded header aswel
Belive me when I say if I weren't selling the bike I wouldn't be taking them off they really did make A big difference it went from 112bhp to 125 bhp at the back wheel the dyno don't ********* mate so if it's cheap power you want this is it

57's are the next logical step from the usual airbox, chip, exhaust mods...then its pc5/57's this is the most you can really do without going into the engine

gearing is def. a must as it changes the bike and enhances the mods even more

Brett are you having these? Got some one else asking but as you ask first
Let me know asap
If it helps at all I have some one that want the tbs and chip so if you want just the airbox 110 quid delivered
