help with dr rossi chip

hi i fitted my dr rossi chip last week did everything by the book earthed myself out notches matched up ran fine with it in rinally finnished the bike saturday took it for a 50 mile ride all was fine went out today turned ignition on fuel pemp relay kept clicking rapidly and fuel pump kept priming over and over then it spat a massive flame out the back only from turning the key so striped the bike down again checking everything over nothing wrong and same again so put standard chip back in and it runs fine it ran sweet saturday with rossi chip and i'm at griffs tomorrow for a setup any help would be much appreciated

and what kind of help do you need if you go to griff? there is no higher help than griff. true story...

Bike may have spiked the eprom ... If it runs fine with the stock chip then it is looking like a eprom problem ... Take it with you to shop & get them to try it out while there & see if the same thing occurs

have you turned the clocks on the ECU as sugested in dr Rossi instructions? do you have the blue wire cut?

Instead of trying to find out what went wrong I send out a new one.
I will have a look at the Eprom when it returns.
In the meantime the bike gotta run that’s the principal
