Hi, i'm from Romania. I have a problem with my Aprilia RSV 1000 r 2005.
Sometimes when i'm at 5-6000 Rpm my engine is not working well (not pulling) and in 1 or 2 gear the engine is dying.
The bike has 3000 km (2000 mile). I was to a service but the tester has not given errors. He recommend me to put cleaning solution in the gas to clean the injectors.


What is your advice ?????????????????????????????. Thanks

Check the output of the charging circuit.

you can get a good idea by using the digital display voltage reading. If it's less that 13.5 volts at 4000 rpm you have a charging circuit problem reducing current to the injectors etc.
 
Hi was the spark plugs replaced on the service. It could be down to a plug or even a plug lead bracking down.

is there a red triangle on the dashboard when its not running properly??
 
When filling the fuel tank, be careful to not "top off". If I fill mine too much, it runs badly. Just to the bottom of the filler neck, no more.
