Help please guys

Hi guys iam newbie to the forum
and i need some help
after a small off:roll:roll
the tuono is having trouble changing gear.
sometimes it will sometimes it wont
so we have stripped the right hand side down
to get to the star gear and springs but we cant get the
32mm nut off from the clutch basket.
is it a normal nut and you undo it anticlockwise???

Normal nut but it will have threadlock on it. I had mine off yesterday with the bike in 6th gear and a right go at it with an air gun.

Defo loctited, put in gear, put back brake on and someone to support bike and either windy gun it off or 300mm breaker bar + big pole as its torqued up to 150nm. Dont forget to loctite it back on again. hope it all goes well.

dont wndy gun it! it puts undue stress due to the impacts on the bikes motor/box.

Use a breaker bar

Yes i got the nut off thanks guys
but now do i need a puller to get the basket off or is there a nack to it.

Basket should just pull off mate as far as i can remember

Yup, basket should just slide orf, unless copious amounts of loctite guppo run back along the main shaft. A couple of light taps with a soft face hammer should do the trick!
