helo from N.Ireland, I just bought a 2000 rsvr, not got out on it much as it needs new tyres badly and the bike feels awfull on them, got the bike mainly for track riding last bike was a trx 850, first twin I have owned and loved it just hoping I can get this bike to handle as well and I will be happy as its got plenty of speed putting corsa 3s on it I am planning a few mods dont realy care much about top end power I want the flatest torque curve I can get and want to know the best route the bike has an end can de restricted second map acsessed

Favourite gearing seems to be 16/44 for this model RSV's. ( 17/42 is standard gearing) if it's for trackdays then there are others better able to recommend best gearing on here :thumbup

I have 16front sprocket 42 rear might be able to squeeze a 43 on the back, I have the front static and loaded sag set it was way off, waiting on a c spanner to adjust the rear, I live lisburn sprocker I himmed and haad about the mille for a long time one came up at the right money so had to try it

If you go to 44 rear then you'll need a 110 link chain too, i'm changing mine at the weekend to 16/44 (currently on 16/42) and a new chain as mine is buggered.
