Shoei's only fit people to strange shape heads! :devious

Dont be a 'big jessie' buy AGV. for the record i have a mid budget AVG £200 mark. the same safety spec as lids twice and 3 times the price. if you a big girl and complain about noise, try some ear plus which you should be using anyway. ;)

In all honestly m8, every man and his dog will swear blind this or that is the best, but at the end of the day it's what fits your head best, so try them all.

Sharks really are quite nice for the price. Best thing to do is go out and try them all and see what fits you best. I have a shoei RF1000 personally and its been a great lid, but I haven't owned many, so I don't have a lot to compare it to. it's a little noisy but then again I bought it used to save some $$. don't ever do that!. AGV makes great stuff at a decent price. Plus I beleive they're Italian made so that's pretty cool in itself.

I have got a Shark rsi Its a good helmet but its 2 years old now and well battered! I would buy another Shark but just liked the look of a couple of AGV's I had seen! looks like I would be better sticking with Shark!

defo m8 you can pick up a rs2r for much cheapness the noo might not be the latest colours but once you try it on you won't want another they are so comfy and light and come wi pull off visor protecters just like moto gp yeha..

:thumbup:thumbup:thumbup This is the best advice there is!

When I couldn't get a replacement for my damaged track lid a couple of years ago, I ended up trying just about every one in a very large array of lids (Gericke, Belfast) before I found one that was snug and comfortable.

My advice would be to go for fit first and only then worry about gizmos and cosmetics.
