I'm up for getting a camera with a microphone of some sort to get some footage while out on the mille this year. Would also need it to be quite sturdy for skiing and waterproof for when I go kitesurfing.
So what does everyone on here use???

We sell the Go Pro camera as advertised at the top of the page, excelent picture quality and never had any come back.:thumbup

I have a motocomm dsr-1003g. Not bad for the price. I posted some vids in the past here, do a search and you should be able to find them :thumbup

My setup is a DogCam, Hardwired to battery and DVR under seat, Records
direct to SDcard so very easy to transfer to PC for editing.

I like the look of this one. Nice and compact, which model have you got and where did you get it from?

a mate imported it from the us and then didn't want it so sold it to me. i've got the HD one, not the 1080p but the quality is still superb.

which reminds me that i need to make sure the batteries are charged up for ski holiday next month :doug

i also have similar recording to a used archos 505 that i got off the bay. obviously youtbe reduces the qality with compression, but you can see the kind of pictures you get with this sort of setup in this video (amongst others on my youtube account) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RjkvaQtsx48

GoPro for me, excellent, stick it on camera, seat unit facing rear or Tank/front fairing....or helmet.

the ATC is alright in that it is very compact and easy to use, but the contrast in bright sunlight is rubbish
