Thank you, I'm sure I'll have lots of questions... Aside from the mega grin I've had on my fave all weekend from riding it, the first things I've noticed are that the stand needs changing asap as it's about as big and as sturdy as a matchstick, the speedo takes time to accurately register the speed when slowing down and the rear brake feels like im treading on a wet fish - Front brake is ferocious though!

Speedo sensor may be on its way out or just clean the rear disc bolts
Back brake is crap...some people have luck bleeding them by taking off the caliper and hanging it high,others like me fit aprilia performance rearsets with a repositioned master cylinder... Cures the issue
The stand can be replaced by a fireblade one from 06 on I think ..google that
