Hi All. New to this forum but been lurking around for a while, thought it was time to say hi. I've been riding various bikes for over 20 years but my faves have always been V Twins. I currently ride a TLR 1000, owned from new (2003) and a first gen Busa. Love them both for very different reasons but the TL is still the one I have most fun on. But I feel a change is in order. I'm the wrong side of 40 so Comfort is a higher priority now, but still need a buzz (ain't dead yet!) that's what brings me here. Always been a big fan of the Tuono. Hopefully going to sell both my bike and get the best tuono I can. Great site with tones of good gen:thumbup, hope to get more involved as time gos on. Thanks and keep the good info coming. Cheers.

Welcome to the pisstake forum , haha only pulling ya leg hi numb , tlr had 1 + 2x tl1000s, love the vs my first tls was a full power 97 tank slapping monster loved her too bits even thou she ad anger issues or was that me?, I've been looking for a decent tl but too be honest not find one these days , so opted for the gen 2 tuono not as powerfull as the tl but at least you get all the noise from the tuono n that's just in the engine haha, you will get answers to your queries ere I'm sure?

The Jocks are taking over,:yes, oh yes we are.......:biggrin

Numb, I'm also a V2 lover, had three; 1 FireStorm & 2 Gen1 Apes (1 Mille & 1 T)

I'm biased, I admit, but they are great bikes, and are not teeny weeny 250 clones, big bikes for big blokes.

There are quite a lot of good Gen 1's out there at a very reasonable price, most have been very well looked after, 'cos the T brings that out of most people, can't say I've seen any bad looking T's out and about.

Welcome to the forum, and keep us posted during your search for a T.

Gray :cheers

Thanks for the welcome guys, not sure which gen I prefer the look off, I like the tail and twin cans of the gen 2 but the rest of the gen 1, I'm keen to test a tuono, never tried one, my mate had a couple of rsv's, which I had a shot of and I found them nice and roomy. Like it's been said, big bikes for big blokes, I need it!! Will keep posting on progress. Thanks again.
