Dublin - IRL
Hey all,
bit about me - a lithuanian living in Ireland. Full time biker, sold my 'cage' couple years ago, haven't missed it a bit.
About a week ago came back from a solo tour to France, Spain & Portugal. Did 4600 miles in 16 day on a Honda VFR750FK '89 plus another 1k miles on a boat.
Now looking for a new ride, last weekend tried Honda Hornet9, and loved it. So really would like a "muscle naked". So the Touno stands on top of my list because of V2 and better stock suspension than Hornet9 or Speed Triple.
I also plan to ride it to Nordkapp next year.

My main concern is how Touno's are taking winter riding? I guess Ireland has a tiny bit milder winters than UK, especially around Dublin. Any input welcome.

Regards, T.

P.S. AFC50 it and ride it through winter, only clean it in Spring?

We don't have "bad" winters here in the NW corner of the States, so I tend to ride whenever I can without feeling I'm putting my life at undue risk. (Acknowledging anytime you ride around cages, you're putting yourself at risk) With good tires (I have Michelin PR3s), you should be fine.

Welcome to the forum.
You need to ride a T to find out how the suspension feels, my gen 2 was ok, better if ridden hard.
Mate of mine had a speed triple a few years ago & I found the susp on that was good.
