I changed my tyres recently, and immediately after I rode off the bike felt heavy at the rear, as if someone is slightly pressing the rear brakes. Manually spin the wheels, it turns without any resistance. Did the calibration as well. She doesn't feel sprightly as she was before. I make sure I didn't put my foot on the brakes. She also struggled to pass 250kmh.
