right I know there differences between early rsv headlights and later model(all gen 1 )anybody tell me the actual differences? reason I'm asking is all my fairings on the bike are a mis match just wondering if that could cause my headlight to be pointing skywards?

right on closer inspection i think it may not be correct light for the nosecone.
should there be these gaps :
Whatever numpty that decided to change the fairings from an 03 bike to 98-00 wants shooting !!!
probably would of bought a different bike if i knew it had wrong plastics on it save all this hassle.

There is actually a bit of gap it seems to be even all the way around the light

can you tighten the adjusting bolt fully or does it keep on turning and turning?
i,ll try friday and report back :thumbup. working away tomorrow so wont have chance to have a look.
Think i figured out why my headlight aim is skywards the adjusting bolt isnt even connected to the headlight tried getting it back in but couldnt then i ran out of daylight. But i then noticed the Hi beam lights have silver covers and clips but the other light does not. is that correct ??
