Headlight Aim Alignment

Hello,

Wondering if anyone here has had trouble with getting the low-beam headlights on their Tuono low enough to eliminate blinding oncoming traffic. I have backed out the adjustment screws on my 2008 Tuono low-beams (the lights on the top of the fairing) until they are ready to fall out! The low-beams still light the highway as if they are aimed too high. Is this an issue for other Tuono riders?

Have the very same issue on my 2007 factory... Any idea how to sort this

On my 07 factory, the low beams are the higher (top) lights and the high beams the lower lights...

Maybe that is the solution?

I know this is an old thread but thought I would put up what I found after having the same issue.
The adjusting screws have a ball on the end which locates in a socket. I don't know how but mine had come out of the socket. You can test if this is a case by putting pressure on the bulb fittings. If they move back and forth easily then the joint has come apart.
I managed to get mine back with a great deal of effort by putting my finger through the bulb holes and pressing back. It is very hard to do but since a new light is £250 a side worth the effort.

Anyone else know which are which? I swapped my wiring round so that the lower lights are used as the dipped ones since the beam pattern suggested that was correct.
