I was there today. Went this morning to avoid the showers the were forecast this afternoon. Had a nice run.
Was it you I seen coming the other way on the A689 near Eastgate around 1ish?
Might well have been. I was heading back around then and did go that way. I went to Hartside via the A689 but joining up near Haltwhistle - big circle.
